Does anyone know the girl who Kaysar was with at the BB6 wrap party? Marcellas mentioned today on HC's that Kaysar had a beautiful Iraq girl with him at the party. I just need to know who my competition is. ;)

I watched Housecalls as well and Marcellas said that she was his friend. We all know how Marcellas is, if she was introduced as a girlfriend then he would have said something. He doesn't hold back. He said that Jennifer's boyfriend was cute and Ivette's girlfriend was beautiful.

My husband is from Athens, Greece and he was absolutely expected to marry a 100% Greek girl.

I'm a mix of Austrian, German, Serbian and French but not one bit Greek.

I'm sorry, I don't see how someone's ethnic background would be a factor in being a fan of someone. Saying you like someone just because they are of a certain ethnicity is almost as bad as not liking someone for the same reason.

Is this true of ALL practicing muslims? I have friends and family members who are muslim and who have girl/boyfriends and regular dating lives (Maybe I should be in the Islam forum!). Anyway, I agree Kaysar is such a good person.

Umm sure it does. I'm afghan...I see an afghan in a tv show and I'm like "ooooh..how exciting!" Being muslim..when I saw Kaysar was going to be on BB6...I was super excited and a fan before he even stepped into the house! It's just an instinctive feeling. I think it's not as dominant in Americans because America is such a melting pot. But when u are an immigrant from another country (or ur family is) u get a sense of belonging when u see others of ur ethnicity.

Truth is Islam is clear about those ideas. Ideally, muslim men and women are to be separated and the women shouldn't even be out and about with men that are not family! So to say they can date and hold hands and all that stuff would be pretty atrocious! BUT, people and times change. When the Quran was written, the life in general was very different. I think that the literal translation of the Quran isn't always what it seems. There is a lot left to interpretation. That is why u see some muslims wearing hijab (the full covering) while others refrain from doing so because the Quran states that one should be modest in covering oneself up and women shouldn't be tempting men etc. Now...one woman can see that as saying cover up, while others may see it as simply not revealing too much.

I don't think Kaysar is dating Subia or Shannon. Subia even went as far to post that she was "Single as a dollar bill" on her Myspace.com account. Didn't Kaysar date a women for a few years? As for being Muslim, I'm sure the traditions and practices have changed over the years and many date. We have a strong Muslim population in San Antonio and I see them even dating/marrying outside their race. I even see American servicemen with Muslim women and I think it is great. Love should be "color-blind". Kaysar is a gorgeous and intelligent man that has attracted a wide range of women from all races (including myself) in a short amount of time. But we all know in time, the hoopla will die down and another man will grace the TV screen and he will be the next thang! But until that happens, I will keep on wishing the best for Kaysar even it that means marrying someone else besides ME. I think he dates women not just Iraqui women. Look how he acted around Janelle in the BB6 house... the stares, touching, hugs and the kiss! I think if he got to Janelle first, they would have had the infamous Spider Man kiss and he would be in Miami right now nursing her back to health (sick with a cold) instead Michael. I still think he is attracted to her and that must be hard to accept. I feel for him (I wish).;)

Actually it does occur in America even though we are a "melting pot" of people. When I see other African Americans on a tv show I instinctively want them to do well, but if they end up being a jerk or whatever then I won't be their fan simply because they are African American. I'm usually a fan based on the personality of the person. Like with Kaysar I wanted him to do well because he put a face to a subculture in America that is mostly now and days shown in a negative light. The fact that he ended up being a nice man just made me like him even more regardless of his ethnicity.
