What kind of pets do you have?

I have this obviously perfect little beagle boy and his perfect little sister, Shadow and Chloe and 5 cockatiels, Paulie, Rainbow, Molly, Roscoe and Coco (otherwise known as crazy coco). Our canary died last month :{. I can't be without my pups though!

Cats. Booboo Kitty, Pumpkin and Soccer Ball. Soccer ball is black and white and weighs in at almost 20 lbs...he's a panda bear. Pumpkin is orange and a talker and Booboo is my baby...he's blond.

They get on the kitty crack all the time and chase each other around. If I have a bad day...they calm me.

I have a Golden, Mollie, a shih Tzu tara and a snail sanctuary (Garden snails! they are so zen). I lost my Golden boy and soul mate Sumner last year very suddenly to a very evil cancer in his cells. :( he was my soul child. My husband still can't talk about him without him bursting out in tears. :(

I have two dogs. One is Gretzky (he's a black lab) and the other is Makooey (she's a hybrid [1/2 wolf - 1/2 husky]). The picture isn't a great one but Joey just LOVES to play with them and sometimes I think they are saying to each other "what has she gotten us into now....."

I have no idea why I can't post the picture here, it uploads to any other site, but when I figure it out, you'll see them. :cool:

I am loving all these adorable pictures! I am an animal fanatic! I swear I was a dog in my other lives....

Awwwww....I know how that feels :(. My first beagle was 15 and came to me, put his head against my chest and died. Then we got Smokey, another beagle, who died a month after we moved down here at 7 from complete kidney failure. Never expected that at all. These two pups have helped to fill a void in my life and they are my furry babies! I'm so sorry and even though you will always miss him, it will get easier over time.

I'm not much of an animal person mainly because I'm scared of most animals. Although when I was younger I had a dog and fish.

I haven't had a pet in years even though I am an animal lover.

What I would like to get in the near future though is a Chihuahua and two canaries. We have to get rid of my husband's antique stereo (back from the 70s he bought with his own money) and then I can put the canaries there.

I have 2 parrots and 3 cockatiels , a rottweiler,named george,a great dane /rotti mix =yogi and 3 poodle/terrier mixes..all my puppies are black with spots tan on them..just lost my black lab a month ago ..her name was tequila, cause she was always causing trouble for the boys....

What happed to Tequila again? What is the story with her? I bet your Rotti is cute. Do you have pictures of all your pets. I also want to see the birds as I am known locally as the bird lady.

I know a few people who are also scared of dogs and cats. Actually....I'm terrified of cats! My dogs are just great...my kids have put glasses (without lenses in them) on them, they have worn shorts and shirts, nightgowns, etc. They actually will fall asleep while I cut their nails. I can brush their teeth without a problem and put ear drops in their ears. Not once have they ever growled with anything.

tweety sorry no pics right now ,besides the parrots wont let anyone take their pics..whenever a camera is aimed in their direction they start screeching and flapping all over the cage,Im so afraid they will hurt themselves that I stop .. My baby tequila was poisoned ..as well informed as todays world is about antifreeze being poison, my neighbor left some in a bucket in his yard.. while my tequila was playing with her pal they both got into it. both his and my dog died within hours of each other we didnt find out soon enough to stop the damage to their internal organs and stomach. vet couldnt save either..it still makes me cry thinking how they suffered. sorry so long first time able to get it out

Actually the one I have pictured is an African Grey :) My Amazon parrot is a green head...he says a few things and can whistle some tunes...but Kiki, my African Grey, she's *very* bright and talks *all* the time and can whistle MANY tunes..like Andy Griffith theme song...Girl From Impanema, I Dream Of Jeanie, and lots of others! :) I'll have to take a pic of Harry tomorrow :) Give your Amazon time...he'll talk soon enough :)

I have three cats. One is about ten weeks old. Her name is "Whiskers." We rescued her. She was abandoned either by her Mom or by her owners.

My other cat is five months old. His name is "Tiger." And believe me, he looks like a Tiger. He is huge and I can't believe he still has seven more months before he is full grown.

My third cat is named "Muffet." She is going to be 18 years old this Christmas.

I did have another cat, his name was "King." But, he passed away this past August. That was so hard. I had him for 14 years. :(
