Wht do some posts show negative posts like -4...its weird, have posts been removed or something - just wondering, sorry if its a stupid question.

I noticed that too. It was like that after the forum came back. I don't think it reflects posts removed, though, because it appeared in of my threads where no one had even replied yet. Probably just a small glitch.
