It's different every year. It depends on what day and time we move into the sign. If someone is on a cusp and unsure of what sign they acutally are, they should birth chart done (you'll need the date, time and place of birth) and then they will know for sure what sign they are. I keep bringing this up, but www. astro.com is a great site that offers free charts.
