I often wonder why anyone really comes on invisible, but i guess they have their reasons.........

i couldn't be invisible if i tried...in person or online ...way to mouthy for that ...yakity yakity.... thats what my kids say....dont' ask mom a simple question ,cause dhe never gives a simple answer....:P

On another board where I moderate (and get the traditional whinging, now and then, about how the mods are trying to run things that happens unless you let 'em whinge that the mods aren't doing their job), I typically set invisible part of the time so even if I am watching for rumblings in the ether, I'm low profile about it.

And I know some folks go invisible in the hope that if they ignore a nastygram, it'll be plausible that they just didn't see it.... <grin>

I'm sure there are other reasons as well, but low profile and plausible deniability are the two I can see....

ST*, who appreciates moderators, especially when I don't agree with 'em, because they might be wrong, but they might see something I don't....

Accually, I open up many sites @ the same time & often all day & So People don't think I'm there & When I'm really monitoring elsewhere or AFK, I sit invisible....hope that makes sence...

I tend to multitask as well...so sometimes I go invisible so no one will think I'm ignoring them.

I've been signing on invisibly a lot this past week. i'm not hiding from people lol...but, i just think its FUN. :P I mean, dont you feel kinda like a superhero who has superhuman powers? LOL like the invisible woman in the *fantastic four*:P. It's fun stuff. Seriously, once you go invisible - you'll never wanna go back. haha

But beware...there are some ppl who have super see thru powers and can see right thru your invisible status. ::Cough::steve::cough::. haha...i wont reveal his sn. ;) he's cool beans tho. lol

I sit in here invisable all the time...... so people dont think i dont have and life cus i spend 24/7 here lol **JK** only spend 20 hours per day here LMAO
