Public groups

I was just checking my profile and I noticed it said I am not a member of any public groups. Where are the public groups here and how do I go about joining one if I wish?

I don't think there are any public groups...'cept the group that is us. I don't think I have ever seen anyone's profile that has said they are a part of a public group...Don't forget how much Lane loves to taunt us with stuff we can't even play with...:P
