Someone just now said 'Scandalous' and I immediately thought of Danielle. Yesterday someone kept mentioning the Big Brothers/Big Sisters organization and I couldn't even hear the rest of the sentence! lol I feel depressed because school has made me essentially unable to know what Dr. Will has been saying to Kaysar and Howie. :( Is anyone else letting this danged show totally take over thier lives? lol

I am forever obsessed with BB....I came home from work last night whining that I cannot watch it again until Tuesday....then I watched the Thursday episode again :).
I don't have the feeds, yet, but I am very close to giving in to the urge...;)

Oh I love this game and watch the feeds at home and at work. It's disgusting but I love it. Thank god I'm the boss or I'd be fired. Dr. Will is playing this game the way I knew he would. He's leaving Kaysar alone and chipping away at Howie. Lol

They just may do two seasons a year like they do most reality TV...I am even shocked that they only do one season a year for over half a decade and it is one of the most popular shows.....

Believe it or not, I never saw Mitch Hedberg...I heard many great things about him....I know someone who has seen him and thoroughly enjoyed it.....
I am not offended...not everyone likes Letterman and he does not really compare to Leno and O'Brien....
I just got done watching a movie called "The Business Of Strangers".....yes you will have to close your eyes on just a couple of scenes....otherwise I would say it is PG13 if they were to take those scenes out....

I liked Letterman until he insulted Big Brother. Now he's on my sh*t list! LOL! Not huge for Leno either, though I've been in the audience before. I actually like Craig Ferguson. I'm not a big fan of any of the late night show hosts though. I bet Carson was awesome (I'm a tad too young to have seen him).
Is Mitch Hedberg a comedian who died of a drug overdose or something like that? I think I saw him open for Stephen Lynch not long before he died (if its him) and he essentially got booed off the stage and Stevey had to apologize for him! lol He was just that out of it.

I believe that was him then. He bored me. I wanted more Stephen Lynch. I was pissed that this meant I would miss some of Stephen's classic stuff cause he wouldn't have time to do it having had an opening act. I didn't realize at the time that I was sorta a part of comedy history! LOL

Recently, the night Julie Chen was on it. She was talking about America voting in the HGs and he was like, "Does America even care?"

Would you say he was the best late night show host ever?

Yes, in fact if I am not mistaken it was when he was suppose to do an opening on Stephen Lynch's show....I know I missed it when Julie Chen was on since I missed some of his recent shows....Carson is a little hazy to me right now....but he was great...ask some oldtimer you know about him since I am not one of them...I like your "off topic" logic meaning we are not that obssessed on BB...can't really let it completely take over my life since too much here is going on....now where is Perc...you are right...

It is very tragic about Mitch....I never got to see him neither...
Business Of Strangers is about these two ladies on different rungs of a the very same corporate ladder who happen to meet in a bar and exchange stories and they plan a revenge against someone who did the younger lady wrong many years back and the revenge then gets out of control and that is when the older lady starts to wonder the real story of what really happened "once upon a time" and makes it a point to find out what the younger lady's motives are.....
The movie moves in a little bit of a boring way but it picks up and gets interesting and you have to hear the ending....just close your eyes on certain scenes like when they put the TV in the hotel on......

Ok I say to you close your eyes on that scene since that scene is not suitable for people under 21 to view...there is no death nor murder in this movie...
As for what Letterman said, I am sure he was just half joking since that is their style after all...
That was a wonderful tribute that Leno made to Johnny Carson on his passing on.....

Russ and Mike are good although I never saw them live...my alltime favorite is Paul Reiser...it could be the fact that he is also from my heyday even though he is always coming up with original and new material and I did get to see him and meet him here and he is one of the nicest men around....his humor is in a large variety....it can be Leno style or dark or sataric.....I also love Aisha Tyler and I also got to see her here long before she hit the big screen and TV set although I never met her and she was not even a "name" yet..I could like Eddie Murphy and Chris Rock as comedians but they need to tone down the language but I love them as actors....Steven Martin is a bit stale for me but he is a great actor....
A friend of mine was once an exchange student in France and she had a chance to see and meet Vincent Cassell...yes he was a comic for a short time when he took a break from acting and he is very very funny from what my friend told me.....she stated he has a combination of O'Brien style humor and dark humor and that is what makes him funny and he is a natural...I think he is a great actor and that is why I am a huge poster at his message boards.....

I really liked Leno's Carson tribute after he died, it was done well. Dave notoriously dislikes the reality shows. It's mostly because in the early years, CBS forced him into having each voted off person on the show. And almost every one of them was a terribly uninteresting interview. Besides, he says worse things about himself, and dishes most everything equally ... so it really doesn't bother me.
The Leno having a tribute to Carson is so disingenuous. Johnny didn't like Leno, mostly because he more-or-less forced Johnny out. Johnny liked Dave, all the way. Dave's tribute to Johnny was very heartfelt and sincere. Can't say the same for Leno's.

Paul's original work that got him into Hollywood was his comic acts...once he even got into TV, he still continued his comic acts and he even had his own show and I think he still does (I no longer have that pay channel) with another guy who was one nightly and the show is very funny....

Aisha will be back in GW but I don't know in what context...I belong to the GW site and post there a lot and the guy who runs that forum is somehow connected to "whoever" "whoever" as far as CBS and he did mention that Aisha will be back but that he was not allowed to say no more so that is all I can say as well and I am not violating any big secret by saying this here since the posts there are public knowledge.....
I also cried when she was killed off but I just knew already that her brother was not on the plane since he was nowhere to be seen among the spirits nor on the list of known victims....
I saw Aisha perform as a comic before she became a big name but I think I already mentioned that....

Ironically the only episode I ever missed (accidentally) was the one I REALLY wanted to see the most! :( How do the people on the site feel about the 'authenticity' factor? And I still love how we are on topic by NOT being obsessed with BB! Still waiting on Percy tho! LOL! :D

Who is Percy? Yes, Andrea was killed when the plane landed on her car...she was rushing to her brother's apartment in a panic when she heard the news Melissa's husband relayed to them and then the plane hit her on the way....I have no clue whether it will be like Highway To Heaven since that does in a way contradict Melissa's philosophy that all the deceased need to cross over and move on so everyone there at that site has their own theories as to how Aisha will be back.....they all seem to like that factor.....what episode did you want to see the most that you missed...I can help you with that and if I can't, I can direct you to someone who can for sure.......

The episode in the amusement park/fun house thing is the one I missed. Do they have them on the site or something.
I'll be back in town Monday. If you can find it for me before then, that would be awesome! :D
I will see who on that site has a DVD of that episode and that was a good one since that episode does hold a key to what happened on the finale and that is all I will say about it....
Wasn't Aisha Tyler on Friends?
I seriously doubt it...she was a guest on some other show that is in the same format as friends although I forget the name of that show....

I don't know, I'm not much into the Drama T.V stuff.
I will need two new shows though, two of my favorite ended last season.
R.I.P. That '70's Show and Malcolm In The Middle....

I wasn't too thrilled about the whole All Stars thing and it is as I expected....pretty dull, I already know most of the peeps.....I am on vacation pretty soon and don't plan to bother watching even. Haven't done feeds for 3 years either.......a waste of money with all the FOTH and Flames.....I would rather watch BB UK and OZ UK anyday.

I like most of the All Stars themselves so I don't have a love/hate relationship like I've had in the past. Perhaps that makes the game more boring, but I personally like liking so many of the houseguests.
BB has slowly caused problems at my house. My significant other was right with me the first year of our relationship, but now he doesn't even want to hear about it. :( I keep updated at work or at home when he is gone, but there is tension on TV nights when BB is on. I use to stay up late into the night watching the feeds but not anymore.
I don't drink, smoke, gamble, but I am addicted to BB every summer. It's just a tv show, and I don't tell my SO, but I'd give it up if necessary.
Sorry if I'm being a downer! At least I'm sleeping more than four hours a night ;) j/k
