In Elizabeth's defense, I think she was just making a joke. You know, saying this board gets so many visitors that we crash it, since it was down for a bit the other day. I don't think she was criticizing the site at all.

WOW! I knew what she meant before even opening this thread. I tend to "chatter" a lot myself so I understood the joke too....

This is why its so hard when talking with people on bulletin boards. Words meaning no harm are sometimes construed as negative because you can't put feelings with words.... (I hope that made sense).

I also feel really bad because I laughed at the post to Ray about him being "full of himself" thinking it was a joke between friends.

Actually, Ray has every right to post as many pics of himself as he wishes - my God he's gorgeous and should be darn proud of it! I hope I didn't come across wrong. If I did, I apologize.

Yes Elizabeth has a strong personality, yes she is very outspoken, and yes she may come across as condescending, but that's just how it is. Accept it and move on.

I'm not saying that I agree with her, nor am I saying I'm a friend, but the negativity regarding THIS particular post is just plain stupid and is what put me over the edge. If you can't find the humour in it- then life must be way too serious for you! Lighten up!
